-Avoid drinking or eating anything with high fructose syrup
-When sitting in a chair, make sure you are not slouching. In other words, sit straight! When you are 50 years old and not a hatchback like your fellow friends and/or family members, you will see the difference in your posture compared to theirs.
-Try to eat soft cheese like feta cheese, got cheese, ect. Stay clear of hard cheeses that are hard to burn and will accumulate in your body years after years and one day, you doctor tells you, “I am sorry my friend, I regret to inform you that you have bad cholesterol.” If I eat a burger, I ask the cashier no cheese. Of course, they look at me like they saw an alien. Alhamdulillah, I have a baby cholesterol.
-Processed foods are your enemies as they worsen your allergies and make your immune system weak. Stay clear of them.
-If it is artificially flavored, please skip it. You don’t need that poison.
