Question: Are your stories based on your life?
Answer: Not really. I consider myself an amateur anthropologist. I observe people and their behavior. That inspires me and helps me pen true and relatable characters. However, all my stories have tidbits of info on my life. That said, all events surrounding me have inspired me to write what I write about with the help of Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala). As a writer amongst other things, I have to get my inspiration from somewhere 😉 .
