Review: Mommy Who is Allah

The Imperfect Muslimah

Mommy Who is Allah is a children’s book written by Zainab Jones and illustrated by Vicky Amrullah. It is being published by Djarabi Kitabs and is available here. It will be released on the 13th of August.

This book is aimed at children of perhaps the age of five and upwards. Its aim is to explain about some of the miracles we see all around us and it slots in a little bit of learning about nature as well.

Mommy Who is Allah is a wonderful teaching tool which can be used for active or passive learning.

The illustrations are wonderful and detailed They’re beautifully polished.

I think that purchasers of this book will get a decent amount of use out of it – it seems like one that children will request over and over.

Final rating: 4 stars out of 5.
